Living in Oneness

The beauty of this process

Hello beloved readers, my name is Alexis Shaffer and the lovely people of this newspaper have invited me to share my experiences with you.

Diksha energy is universal and can be used by people of all spiritual traditions. It enhances our ability to connect from the Heart with the Divine and with the people we love. Many report that after receiving Diksha they experience healing on all levels, as well as a powerful and ongoing spiritual awakening. People are seeking harmony and joy. We have discovered that it is possible for everybody to live in that state of inner freedom, even permanently.
That is why I am sharing this with you.

You, your freedom and your liberation is what is most important to me.

These are some experiences from people to whom I have given Diksha.

I found the first course very interesting because it helped me to disconnect from my daily routine, as well as enabling my body to feel deeply rested and tranquil.  With regard to what I saw during the exercise when I had my eyes closed, it was series of images without forms, mainly blue and purple; and these images gave me a feeling of tranquility and relaxation, and at the same time the air entering my lungs helped me to separate myself from the problems of daily life allowing me to let myself flow more with what I feel in the present moment.
Carlos Alberto Palacios

…my body slid along back into time and space, like a leaf falling from its tree in autumn, but in this falling of the leaf it was surrounded by a dark backdrop, which made me feel like my body was traveling through this deep peace also amongst a soothing silence until I felt I was part of the water, a water that through its waves created in me that soothing feeling again, a deep tranquility in all of my being……
Joaquin Antonio Piña Ruiz

Suffering is caused by our own resistance to experiencing reality 'as it is'.  As we are living the illusion that there actually exists "a self" that can in fact control this reality. Also being programmed genetically with a fear of "death" which also limits us to experiencing a type of slavery to that reality. When this sense of 'self' and separation disappears is when we truly begin to actually live.

A Better Understanding of Diksha

“Diksha” is a method in which this can finally happen. Defined as a “transfer of Divine Intelligence”, initiates specific changes in the actual neurobiological structure of the brain, which dissolves the illusion of the separate “self”. Once the limit of this “self” disappears, we enter fully into the present moment , rising to states of enlightenment and realizing God.

Enlightenment is a state in which our brain no longer perceives reality as something separate from us. And realizing God is the next step. It's when you no longer experience a separation between you and the primary Divine connection with 'All That Is". Also accompanied by a tremendous heart opening and a profound state of joy and cosmic oneness.

Simply ask for grace and then be silent. Once this `you´ who is so intent on understanding, changing, or healing itself surrenders, enlightenment can happen easily. The neurological shift takes place and you return to your natural state of oneness. It is as simple as that. Once you can see clearly, the seeing itself is the liberation. Once you realize that there is nothing you can do to change yourself, then surrender can happen, and grace will flow.

It is important to understand what enlightenment is NOT. It is not about losing your mind, or even changing the nature of your mind. The same mind continues to exist, although you notice that you now have a different relationship with it. Nor is enlightenment equated with cosmic bliss, instant clairvoyant abilities, or high spiritual states. All these may accompany or follow enlightenment at some point, but it is not what enlightenment is about. Enlightenment is simply `throwing a switch´ in the neurobiological structures of your brain, and thereby dissolving the sense of a separate self. It is not about changing the contents of the mind, but seeing the mind for what it is. In this very seeing, all conflict and suffering dissolves, and you experience freedom.

"The outward freedom that we shall attain will only be in exact proportion to the inward freedom to which we may have grown at a given moment. And if this is a correct view of freedom, our chief energy must be concentrated on achieving reform from within". -Gandhi.

"Suffering is the movement from the 'what is' to the 'what should be' " This constant 'becoming', marks when one tries to move from jealousy to non-jealousy, from bad to good, from foolish to intelligent, from imperfect to perfect, from profane to sacred is the struggle that has gone on the human mind for thousands of years. Sri Bhagavan says, "Embracing yourself as you are is the first step and the last step. You must be who you are. What you should be is not important. Who ever you are, you are unique. The universe has made you like that. God has made you like that. Why do you disturb His work? To surrender to God is to be yourself." To be yourself is to be enlightened.

I invite you to receive Smarana Diksha (Diksha transmitted long distance) every Sunday at 11am CA time.
